Job Title: Marketing Intern Part-time. 25-35 hours per week. Flexible hours, 5-7 days/week 2 positions available. Lj's Powerhouse/ Wholistic Hormone Expert is looking for qualified interns to join our marketing/social media team. Seeking interns who can participate in various stages of online marketing and community partnerships. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Intern(s) to join our vibrant team. In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to spearhead our social media strategy across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack, and Pinterest. By collaborating closely with content developers, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brand presence and engaging with our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and curate engaging, original content for various social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Strategy Implementation: Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our corporate objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Regularly analyze performance metrics, adapting strategies as needed to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and fostering a vibrant community.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers to amplify our brand's reach.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into our campaigns to keep our brand at the forefront of the digital space.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a unified brand strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (preferred but not required)
  • At least 1.5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in content management, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
  • Deep knowledge of online marketing channels and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack, and Pinterest.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a copywriter or content manager.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and software.
