Job Description

As a Blended Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, utilizing our guided process and CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Gathering and verifying customer information, documenting interactions in our CRM system
  • Cross-training to support multiple clients, adapting to new products and services
  • Collaborating with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and expertise
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, measured through regular feedback and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts and resolve issues
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Technical abilities sufficient to navigate multiple systems, install/uninstall programs, and troubleshoot equipment
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in a call center environment, remote work, or basic technical support can be beneficial in this role. If you have a passion for customer service, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Be available to train on weekdays, with training taking place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
  • Have open availability 24/7 to work shifts within our company's hours of operation
  • Attend training sessions and adhere to our attendance policy
  • Meet our technical requirements, outlined below

Tech Requirements

To ensure seamless performance and high-quality customer interactions, you'll need:

  • A desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks)
  • A processor with Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation)
  • 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
  • A dual monitor setup
  • A high-quality USB headset
  • A hardwired internet connection
  • Minimum internet speeds of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
  • Less than 20ms ping stability
  • No Spectrum internet service
