Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot and repair soft drink fountain machines, ensuring they are in good working condition
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer-focused organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Adaptability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field)

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain machines and refrigeration equipment
