Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our software and services. Your technical expertise will be hands-on, involving close work with code, technical details, and data. You'll contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and risk assessments, and represent your team and technology in cross-functional meetings.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of engineers, making key decisions that impact cross-functional partners

• Drive complex, cross-functional projects, managing partnerships while staying hands-on technically
• Collaborate with various teams across software, services, and AI/ML
• Engage with external customers, discussing bugs and technical challenges in-depth
• Represent your team and technology in cross-functional meetings
• Help define requirements and objectives for cross-functional software projects
• Create a multi-year roadmap, lead the design and execution phases of software development, and oversee the work of some of the brightest engineers in the industry

Minimum Qualifications

* Strong understanding of operating systems fundamentals and mobile device support constraints

• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects, managing partnerships while staying hands-on technically
• Clear decision-making based on data rather than intuition
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
