Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Merchandiser at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with inquiries regarding products and services
  • Processing sales transactions efficiently using cash registers or POS systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling
  • Maintaining knowledge of store promotions, products, and services to effectively sell and upsell items
  • Assisting with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels to ensure product availability
  • Addressing customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for effective resolutions

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment (preferably)
  • Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
