Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

As an Office Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Client Calls and Account Management: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Utilize Time Management Skills: Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage your time effectively to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed, and utilize Microsoft Office to perform administrative tasks.
  • Proofreading and Accuracy: Proofread documents and materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Administrative Support: Perform other administrative duties as required, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Administrative and Customer Service Background: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Time Management and Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with the ability to proofread documents and materials.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
  • 8-Hour Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
  • Work Location: In-person work location
