Job Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling Incoming and Outgoing Customer Calls: Provide exceptional service to customers through live chat, phone, and email, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and exceeding their expectations.
