  • Automate infrastructure and operational workflows.
  • Integrate AI/ML-driven observability tools for predictive monitoring and anomaly detection.
  • Partner with product, supply chain, and brand teams to align reliability practices with strategic goals.
  • Advance ITSM maturity by strengthening incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Champion "You Build It, You Run It" principles, fostering ownership and accountability across engineering teams.
  • Mentor and coach engineers on best practices in observability, reliability, and automation.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technology roles, with at least 3–5 years in leadership positions.
  • Significant exposure to AI/ML or data-driven automation projects in an operations context is required.
  • Proven experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Reliability Engineer in complex, distributed systems.
  • Strong expertise with observability tools.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven monitoring solutions is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks and operational maturity models.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical reliability metrics into business impact.
  • Calm, structured leadership during incidents and crises.
  • A strategic thinker who connects reliability engineering to business outcomes.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, relentlessly seeking optimization and measurable impact.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Curiosity and adaptability in evolving technology landscapes, with a passion for innovation.
