Preferred but not mandatory: CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional). Minimum 5 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience), including at least 2 to 3 years of contract administration with demonstrated knowledge of procurement and supply management practices in Indirect spend categories (e.g, HR, Marketing, Professional Services, Financial Services). We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to support the Indirect Category Management Procurement function within the Supply Management Enterprise Team. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full contract lifecycle, from initiation through execution and potential renewals while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, mitigating contractual risks, and driving performance across a range of indirect procurement categories. As a key contributor to the Supply Management Enterprise team, you will bring a demonstrated understanding of legal and commercial terms, with the ability to interpret and apply contract language in alignment with indirect Procurement strategies and business objectives. Success in this role will require exceptional communication, ability to collaborate cross-functionally, stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, and a commitment to delivering impactful results. . What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the preparation, redlining, and execution of contracts and related documents, such as but not limited to amendments, addendums, and scopes of work while collaborating closely with teams such as Legal, Risk, Information Security, Health & Safety, and Sustainability.
  • Provide support throughout the sourcing and contracting lifecycle by ensuring risks and issues are identified and addressed while engaging the appropriate collaborators such as Legal, Risk, and Information Security teams.
  • Take the lead on straight forward negotiations with suppliers to support favorable terms and mitigate risk.
  • Ensure adherence to Purchasing and Contracting Policies, the Financial Manual of Policies & Procedures, and Strategic Procurement objectives throughout all stages of the contracting processes.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate contract data and files, including but not limited to original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, scopes of work and payment schedules.
  • Execute supplier on-boarding/off-boarding as well as support supplier risk lifecycle processes.
  • When needed, provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contracting policies and procedures to ensure contract compliance.
  • Support the Enterprise Supply Management Team with contract status reports when needed.
  • Support process improvements for the Enterprise Supply Management Team.
  • Work with Accounts Payable, Supply Management, stakeholders and Finance to resolve procurement issues in a timely manner when needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field required.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience), including at least 2 to 3 years of contract administration with demonstrated knowledge of procurement and supply management practices in Indirect spend categories (e.g, HR, Marketing, Professional Services, Financial Services).
  • Strong command of contractual legal and commercial terms and conditions.
  • Experience with Source/Procure-to-Pay systems such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred. Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions also a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Teams conferencing and the use of SharePoint is required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver clear presentations and stakeholder communications. Daily appearance on video for meetings is a requirement for this position.
  • Demonstrates a customer service mindset by proactively supporting internal stakeholders and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Essential Functions/Physical Requirements: The duties above indicate the essential functions of the job. Physical requirements are those present in normal office conditions. Operational flexibility is required to meet sudden and unpredictable business needs. This position is 100% Remote. Travel may be required periodically, as directed by management.
