Job Summary We are seeking a talented and driven Cloud Solutions Architect to join our remote AWS Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA) team. In this pre-sale role, you will be the technical backbone, identifying customer workloads, architecting innovative solutions, and guiding customers through the adoption of NetApp's AWS Cloud Portfolio. You will collaborate closely with AWS Sales and SA teams, leveraging your deep technical expertise to demonstrate how NetApp technology empowers customer innovation in the AWS cloud ecosystem. • Qualify customer opportunities and design tailored solutions by leveraging NetApp's offerings in AWS Cloud.
• Deliver compelling presentations at customer and partner briefings, AWS and NetApp sales meetings, and industry events.
• Develop and execute proofs-of-concept to showcase the effectiveness and value of our solutions.
• Ensure seamless handovers of new customer wins to Professional Services and Customer Success teams.
• Actively participate in and host industry meet-arenaflex and user groups, building strong community relationships.
• Sales discipline - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer opportunity status in Salesforce.
• Engage in continuous self-study to stay ahead of the curve on public cloud services and emerging technologies. What You Bring
• Strong technical foundation in Cloud concepts and technologies, with a deep focus on AWS Cloud.
• A genuine passion for solving customer business challenges with innovative cloud technology solutions.
• Exceptional personal initiative and the ability to drive customer success with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience working with customers in the X-as-a-Service space.
• Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience running proofs-of-concept for software, hardware, or cloud-based solutions in a pre-sale’s capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of Network Attached Storage (NAS) and its application in cloud environments for workloads like AI/ML, SAP, HPC, virtual desktops, VMware, etc.
• Familiarity with container orchestration runtime concepts and solutions, preferably Kubernetes. Experience with on-premises infrastructure and workload experience and data migration methodologies (a plus). Requirements & Education
• 8+ years’ experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect role
• 5+ years’ NetApp ONTAP experience
• NetApp Certifications (a plus)
• AWS Cloud Certifications (a plus)
• TEMS Solutions (a plus) The arenaflex salary range for this position is 205,700 - 266,200 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On arenaflex Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
