Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to early childcare programs, addressing product and service inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns
• Deliver engaging product and service training to childcare program directors and staff through webinars and instructor-led sessions
• Assist in creating and maintaining effective training content
• Support client retention efforts by onboarding new clients through implementation processes
• Accurately maintain records and generate reports in various databases
• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to project goals, policies, and performance standards
• Collaborate across teams to provide technology updates and ensure quality assurance
• Track client interactions using CRM tools
• Assist with translations as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall success

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or product training
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
• Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in a collaborative environment

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
