Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, phone, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving technical issues and providing troubleshooting guidance to clients
  • Providing product information and answering questions about arenaflex services
  • Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Documenting interactions and issues in our system to ensure accurate tracking and resolution
  • Following up on open issues to ensure client satisfaction and resolution
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including data security guidelines and professional communication standards

Qualifications
