Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns related to pharmacy benefit plans. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, while also expanding your own knowledge and skills in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Provide clear and concise information to clients, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
  • Offer solutions and recommendations to clients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in the healthcare industry

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or customer service environments

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working in a healthcare or related industry
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance
