Your Role: Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Success team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting and consulting our potential and current parent-clients, and building scalable systems and processes for a great customer journey. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Foster positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that builds trust, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Address parent questions or concerns, ensuring that parent and student needs are met effectively and in a timely manner, and providing timely responses to their inquiries.
  • Serve as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions, and providing support and consultation via various communication channels, including WeChat, email, and phone calls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, and to identify areas for improvement in our services and processes.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and internal teams, and to provide clear and concise responses to customer inquiries.

  • Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses, and the ability to work in a team environment to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with our Mandarin-speaking customers and internal teams.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field (e.g., education, communications, or customer service) preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the education technology sector, with a strong understanding of the K-12 education market and the needs of our customers.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Experience working in a remote team environment, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Certifications or training in customer service, communications, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
