About arenaflex and Our Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) Division arenaflex is a Fortune 4 company that is dedicated to improving the quality of healthcare for all Americans. Our Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) division is a leading provider of pharmacy benefit management services, and we're currently hiring a full-time Customer Service team to support our members' drug plans. As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service to our members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to plan members via phone, email, and other communication channels Answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and provide solutions to facilitate treatment Utilize computer systems and software to access and manage member information, process requests, and document interactions Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to resolve member issues and concerns Adhere to HIPAA compliance and federal regulations, maintaining confidentiality and security of member information Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills Essential Qualifications 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military) Computer experience with Windows-based applications, including arenaflex Office Associate's degree or equivalent experience Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey trust and confidence Patient and understanding, with a genuine interest in improving the quality of life for plan members Reliability and compliance with certain standards, including HIPAA and federal regulations Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare or a related field Knowledge of health insurance, pharmacy benefits, and healthcare regulations Certification in customer service or a related field Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies Required for Success Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of member information Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
