Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering heart-driven support to our customers, helping them navigate their healthcare plans and making a positive impact on their lives. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing solutions to ensure that our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide solutions to customer concerns related to prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions
  • Offer personalized support to customers, empathizing with their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance
