Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing knowledge of systems and application trainings associated with policy processing to provide accurate and efficient support
  • Responding to basic inquiries from agents, agency staff, and customers related to policies and accounts, with supervision
  • Attending training sessions and obtaining licenses to acquire skills needed to transition to the next level
  • Providing input on process improvement ideas for customer and agent support processes
  • Following procedures and continuous process improvement standard work to ensure high-quality service delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Typing/keyboarding skills of at least 30 words per minute
  • Proficiency in various PC software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, and Outlook
  • Strong math skills, including multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction
  • Ability to pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing, and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) License
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry or a related field
