Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Entering data into various systems and databases with precision and speed, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records.
  • Performing data collection tasks, such as reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and reports, to extract relevant information.
  • Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval and analysis, using pivot tables and other data analysis tools to extract and present data in a meaningful way.
  • Transcribing audio files, documents, or other written materials into digital format, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent, and identifying and addressing data discrepancies.
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents, to support the team's efforts.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry, and meeting and exceeding productivity and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with data collection, data analysis, and data entry, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • Ability to transcribe written materials accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with pivot tables and other data analysis tools, such as Excel and Google Data Studio.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience in a similar role or industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other data management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
