Overview of the Role
arenaflex is looking for a talented Data Entry Specialist to join our HR team. This professional will be responsible for identifying and assessing various profiles, including technical and non-technical candidates. We're seeking proactive, dynamic individuals who are team players, with excellent organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with a keen eye for detail. As part of our team, you will:
- Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes
- Manage notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluate the candidates that apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough research and analysis of candidate profiles in job portals
- Develop and implement effective strategies for identifying and contacting potential candidates
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
- Manage and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and application processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with job portal administrators to optimize candidate sourcing
- Analyze and evaluate candidate applications to ensure alignment with arenaflex's talent acquisition goals
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* At least 1 year of work experience in a related field
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships
- Proactivity and the ability to work in a team
- Paying close attention to detail in daily tasks
- Advanced English level (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., CRM, ATS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
