Job Summary

As a customer-service benefit consultant/representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Educating clients on our HR solutions and benefits
  • Resolving client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Educate clients on our HR solutions and benefits
  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Sales and management experience preferred but not necessary
