What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional support and solutions to our customers' queries, from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve their issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries through phone, chat, and/or email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide solutions to customer queries, from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance
- Use arenaflex tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer issues
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their issues and provide exceptional support experiences
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously learn and improve arenaflex processes and procedures to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service) preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer service role in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
- Experience with customer service software and tools (e.g. CRM, ticketing systems)
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
