Job Description

You’re not just an Account Manager - you’re a strategic partner on equal footing with our most important customers. You think long‑term, understand HR and organizational development processes, and know how companies can achieve sustainable transformation and maximum value with Flip. If that sounds like you, let’s talk! At Flip, you can expect a Customer Success department that is divided into CS Management, Support and CS Engineering. This enables us to offer our customers an optimal experience and find the right answer to every question. As part of a dedicated CSM team, you will proactively ensure that our customers are successful and satisfied and realise the full potential of their Flip app. What you can expect from us

  • Strategic account management – you will take full ownership for our most important Mid‑Market and Enterprise accounts. You develop tailored account and transformation strategies and execute them to drive sustainable growth, strong adoption, and long‑term revenue and success targets.
  • Trusted Advisor for HR & Communication Transformation – you advise HR, Communications, and C‑level decision‑makers on topics such as employee communication, change management, digital workplace, and frontline enablement – and show them how Flip supports their strategic objectives.
  • Building and strengthening relationships – you foster and deepen relationships with key decision‑makers, acting as a vital link between our customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, etc.).
  • Driving customer value at scale – beyond onboarding, you lead project management efforts, plan and coordinate initiatives like Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and strategic workshops to continuously maximise business value for our customers.
  • Customer advocacy & influence – you act as the voice of our enterprise customers within Flip, ensuring their needs shape our product, roadmap, and service delivery.
  • Shaping and optimizing Customer Success – you help evolve and scale our CS practices for strategic accounts, driving consistency, excellence, and innovation in how we manage enterprise relationships.

What you bring with you

  • At least 6 years of experience in Account Management, HR/Change/Transformation consulting, Customer Success, or Project Management – ideally in a B2B SaaS environment with Enterprise customers.
  • A strategic and consultative mindset – you can identify customer business drivers, design multi‑level engagement strategies, and influence stakeholders across complex organisations.
  • Strong executive presence & stakeholder management skills – you are comfortable engaging with C‑Suite leaders while driving operational alignment at multiple levels.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in both German and English, combined with empathy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A hands‑on approach & ownership mentality – you work independently, keep the big picture in mind, and take initiative to drive meaningful impact.
  • A charismatic, customer‑focused team player – you inspire both internal and external stakeholders and drive sustainable success.
  • Openness to travel – you value face‑to‑face connection and are open to travel for key team events or customer meetings.
