The role: VIATechnik's Roots Studio, M&P is hiring a BIM Detailer to advance how complex mechanical and plumbing systems are modeled, coordinated, and prefabricated. This is a remote role on a high-performing team that's redefining construction workflows through BIM innovation, fabrication-ready modeling, and automation. This is a serious career move, not just a drafting position. You will collaborate directly with project managers, field teams, and BIM coordinators to deliver highly detailed, installation-ready fabrication models. You'll be hands-on with Revit, Navisworks, Fabrication CADmep, and emerging AI tools used to improve accuracy, coordination, and model intelligence. • At least 1 year of experience installing mechanical or plumbing systems.
• Trade school or associate's degree in construction, mechanical, or plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Navisworks.

Compensation and featured benefits:

• The pay for this position is $65,000 – $80,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
• Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
• Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
