Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to external customers and internal members through live chat and email support. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing immediate responses to live chat and email inquiries, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate assistance.
  • Delivering clear and concise information to fulfill customer/member requests, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service, adhering to arenaflex's core values and guidelines.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Access to a reliable device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines, with a strong focus on self-motivation and time management.
  • Minimum of 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week.
  • Reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)).
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken in the United States.
