Entry Level Scrum Master

Job Description: Job Summary Tracx TMS is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Scrum Master to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our agile development teams in delivering innovative transportation management solutions. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about agile methodologies who is looking to launch their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for one or more development teams Coach team members on Scrum principles, agile practices, and self-organization Identify and help remove obstacles that impede the team's progress Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions during sprints Track and communicate team metrics, including velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and priorities are clearly defined Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and transparency Support the adoption and continuous improvement of agile best practices across the organization Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to manage dependencies and resolve cross-team issues Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)

Required Qualifications

Foundational understanding of Scrum framework and agile principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to facilitate meetings and drive productive discussions Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying issues Organizational skills with attention to detail Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or similar certification Internship or academic project experience with agile teams Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps Exposure to software development lifecycle concepts Experience in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry
