Program Manager Tech 3
Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 3 to join their team. This role is a Technical Project Manager focused on running advanced technical training programs. You’ll work cross-functionally with partners, trainers, and internal stakeholders to design, publish, and deliver training content—primarily using Articulate and a Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll own project planning from requirements gathering through delivery, track schedules and status, manage multiple projects in parallel, and analyze metrics and feedback to show program impact. The role also includes reporting to leadership, including creating monthly executive slides. Job Title: Program Manager Tech 3 Location: Remote Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hr What's the Job?
- Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
- Drive program/project schedules and status reports to ensure timely progress.
- Create and/or review multiple functional specifications to guide product or service implementation.
- Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and analytical insights.
- Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
Top Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience (not junior or coordination-only roles)
- Hands-on experience with Articulate (Storyline / Rise) and LMS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience managing multiple projects in parallel in demanding environments
- Technical exposure: SQL writing, data analysis, reporting, and visualization
