Key Responsibilities:

As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional - Small Business Sales, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to small business owners and decision-makers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Building rapport and understanding customer needs to recommend the right arenaflex Small Business Services (SBS) products
• Delivering high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and other elements of arenaflex SBS
• Continuously improving key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales
• Providing extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
• Documenting necessary account information according to established policies and procedures
• Maintaining integrity by adhering to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of two years of customer service experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication
• Proven success in a customer service and sales environment, with a track record of driving sales growth and fostering long-term relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
• Experience owning or working in a small business is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred, with education benefits available
