Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions.
  • Processing orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborating with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless communication.
  • Educating customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs, promoting a deeper understanding of our offerings.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards, upholding the trust placed in us by our customers.
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback, informing our continuous improvement efforts.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets, driving excellence in our customer support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and utilizing software applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, accommodating the needs of our customers.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency, upholding the arenaflex standard.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy terminology, prescription medications, and insurance coverage is a plus, but not required.
