Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing predictive models and metrics to proactively identify ACS setup needs in collaboration with cross-functional ACS teams
- Investigating asset utilization and identifying more efficient arrangements
- Reporting on the execution of asset arranging drives
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in ACS asset arranging
- Conducting the following types of tasks to achieve the above objectives:
+ Gathering and analyzing data from various sources for use in research, modeling, and project development + Identifying and developing new data sources and essential analytical models and tools + Applying statistical, descriptive, and predictive analytical techniques to highlight business challenges, potential solutions, and important trade-offs + Developing new essential analytical models or modifying existing ones + Transforming data into meaningful insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques + Creating complex reports and analyses with guidance from senior leaders + Supporting complex process improvement and project management engagement for both individual functional units and cross-divisional initiatives + Presenting findings to OAP and functional unit leaders, including senior leaders + Serving as an internal expert to partners and providing insights to drive results + Prioritizing the well-being and safety of self and others

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
* Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and R, required
- Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, and ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders
- Proven track record of being a high-performer, meticulous, and able to work well under pressure
- Ability to influence without authority and work in a fast-paced environment required
- Experience with MS Office required
- Commitment to prioritizing the well-being and safety of self, others, and personal data

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
