Job Description
As a Customer Service Agent – Remote Benefits Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the benefits enrollment process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting clients as their requests come in and scheduling appointments to review their benefits
- Presenting benefits information to clients and helping them enroll in their preferred benefit package
- Providing ongoing support and answering questions throughout the enrollment process
- Building trust and rapport with clients, establishing yourself as a trusted source for their benefits needs
