Job Summary
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Integration Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable, nimble solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more using SailPoint and other IAM solutions
- Collaborate with international-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable, nimble solutions that meet the needs of our customers
- Implement JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to satisfy business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM solution installation and configuration
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of IAM domain best practices, design, and implementation
- Work with WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and deliver solutions that meet those needs
What You'll Convey
* Strong exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM), Access Control, RBAC, Position Mining, Access Aggregation/Certification, and Federation
- Experience with SailPoint implementation, IAM domain best practices, design, and implementation
- Strong experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Minimal Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- OR 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Experience with SailPoint implementation, IAM domain best practices, design, and implementation
