- Vision: Deliver world-class service to all customers.

- Use a computer to sell, print and reissue tickets.
- Manage the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel.
- Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts. Several other lifting tasks will involve handling items as low as floor level and as high as waist level.
- Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
- Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, gate announcements regarding the boarding process, flight status, checking and handling baggage, managing, and initiating the boarding process.
- Operate jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
- Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
- Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft.
- Responsible for on-time connections by guiding incoming and departing aircrafts from the gate positions.
- Safeguard cargo, baggage and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
- Safely drive and operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Repeatedly lift and load baggage onto carts and ensure each bag reaches its destination
- Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage and cargo are routed correctly to the passenger's destination.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority.
- Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking, and styles.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 80 pounds
- Be authorized to live and work in the country you are applying to
- Possess entry-level computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be fluent, both written and orally, in English
- Must possess a valid Canadian Drivers License
