Experienced Full Stack Technology Analyst – Workday Data Migrations at arenaflex

This role will play a critical part in streamlining average business day release management and document transfer processes, collaborating with the Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business space and system functionalities.
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and innovative Technology Analyst to join our arenaflex team. As a key member of our Innovation team, you'll be responsible for applying your expertise in analysis, business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of complex problems. You'll work closely with other Innovation Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within your area of expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in your field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply your knowledge of analysis, business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of complex problems
- Collaborate with other Innovation Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within your area of expertise
- Stay informed about current advancements within your field
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, ends, or approaches to problems
- Estimate effort and value for solutions
- Apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
- Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
- Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on continuous improvement
- Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and succinctly in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration
- Monitor program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the right level of priority, visibility, and escalation
- May perform other work duties as directed by Supervisor's Chiefs
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade
- Strong knowledge of technical conditions
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with various teams and external partners
- Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals
- Ability to work effectively in areas of strength for a help/group-oriented climate
- Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and diverse work streams/tasks
- Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of fulfillment in all responsible work; able to coach others to do the same
- Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with Workday Data Migrations
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
