Rebates Invoicing Analyst

As a Rebates Invoice Analyst, you will support the Rebate Finance department by managing pharmaceutical manufacturer discount agreements, analyzing data, sending invoices, and ensuring timely resolution of disputes. This role requires analytical thinking and collaboration with various teams to drive value for clients and reduce drug spending.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day processes of implementing contracts
• Analyzing prescription utilization data
• Researching variances
• Sending invoices
• Reconciling payments
• Interact with a number of teams, both within our own department and throughout the company
• Work directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure that contractual obligations are met and disputes are taken care of in a timely fashion

Skills

• 1+ years of finance, healthcare or pharmacy experience (internships may be applied)
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience, with an emphasis on Excel including V-lookup, functions, pivot tables etc
• Bachelor's Degree required; preferably with a concentration in Math, Finance, Economics or Accounting
• Proven problem solving skills with experience analyzing data
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, pharmaceutical industry, and contracts is beneficial
