Polaron Energy Corp. is one of Canada’s leading residential solar providers, seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support their operations in the Eastern Canada region. The role involves coordinating project activities, collaborating with internal departments, and maintaining organized project records to ensure timely execution of solar projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and documentation to support timely execution of solar projects with a primary focus on the East region
  • Collaborate and communicate with various internal departments and affiliated entities to ensure smooth project flow
  • Act as a central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Track project progress, update schedules, and identify potential delays or risks
  • Maintain organized project records, reports, and internal tracking systems
  • Assist in resolving operational challenges by identifying gaps and proposing practical solutions
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and documentation of key discussions
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to help streamline processes and increase efficiency
