About the Role

As a part-time customer support representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our customers on a daily basis to understand their needs and provide them with personalized solutions. You'll be responsible for:
  • Building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, including our credit cards, loans, and other financial solutions
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and phone systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service team or similar role
  • Experience working with metric engines and multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Ability to work in a remote environment
