Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Document delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary, ensuring seamless package delivery
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, driving innovation and excellence
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide support as needed

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment
