Influencer Marketing and Public Relations Manager

Hanna Andersson is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven, innovative and brand led Influencer Marketing and Public Relations Manager to join our marketing team. You will own the influencer marketing program, responsible for building relationships with new influencers, deepening and optimizing our existing partnership, as well as the PR efforts for Hanna Andersson. Your mandate is to leverage the influencer channels to its full potential to drive meaningful new customer growth, and lead PR efforts to ensure maximized SOV through earned media placements and celebrity seeding. The ideal candidate will be a balance of 1) data-driven to prudently allocate media dollars to top-performing partners, measure the impact of their spend, and constantly test, learn, and iterate with the goal of driving new customers, and 2) brand-led to guide a focused approach to earned media placements around the critical stories for the season, identify brand-right partners that build awareness, aspiration and credibility as they are an extension of the Hanna brand. Collaboration is a critical skillset as this role will work closely with crossfunctional partners in Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative to ensure that PR and influencer campaigns reflect the Hanna brand we are aiming to build and reinforce the seasonal priorities. This role will report to the Director of Acquisition Marketing. Responsibilities:

  • Own the execution of the influencer and PR programs.
  • Develop the seasonal strategy to scale both programs, including calendars, new partner recruitment, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with creatives, influencers, stylists, photographers and agents.
  • Manage the agency partnerships for both Influencer and PR efforts.
  • Oversee and support program logistics, including product seeding, offer creation, newsletters, commissions / publisher terms, tracking, and reporting.
  • In partnership with agency, continuously analyze commissions and flat fee spend against CAC and ROAS targets to ensure profitable growth. Partner with the Data / Analytics team as needed.
  • Manage relationships with our platform partners.
  • Develop new and innovative ways to amplify influencer and/or PR content in Hanna’s other paid and organic channels.
  • Present channel performance and insights to management and leadership teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative peers to ensure effective and on-brand storytelling in your affiliate / influencer campaigns.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years marketing experience with 2+ years in affiliate / influencer marketing and PR specifically. Proven track record of building and driving a high-quality, content-rich affiliate program.
  • B2C digital marketing and retail / apparel experience is a plus.
  • Experience with negotiation and managing vendors and partners.
  • Familiar with marketing platforms / networks like Impact, RewardStyle, Skimlinks, etc
  • Understanding of the influencer marketing space and key partners for Hanna
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize for desired outcomes (e.g., CAC or ROAS targets)
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
