Job Summary

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Data Enrichment team in delivering high-quality data enrichment tasks for one of our key healthcare clients. You'll be responsible for reviewing and completing enrichment tasks, performing credentialing-related tasks, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, adhering to high-quality standards and contributing to the quality control process.

• Perform credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications.
• Follow up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Verify information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

* Experience: 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role is a plus, but not required. We're open to candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

• Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off, to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role, as you'll be working with sensitive and confidential data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as you'll be interacting with clients, colleagues, and third-party entities.
• Technical Requirements: Able to support a work-from-home setup with a reliable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload) and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language is required, with the ability to understand and communicate complex information accurately.
