The Role

As a Customer Sales Representative in our busy Sky Outbound department, you'll be an ambassador for the Sky brand, responsible for:

  • Utilizing your sales and communication skills to upsell products and build rapport with customers
  • Identifying individual customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations
  • Providing peace of mind to customers by finding the right solution for every situation

What to Expect

Our comprehensive 2-week training programme will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. You'll learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique, and discover what makes a great customer experience. Our department operates on a 2-shift pattern, with a 37.5-hour contract. You'll work from home, with all the equipment you need provided by us – just ensure you have broadband access.

The Experience and Skills You Need

To succeed as a Sky Outbound Customer Sales Representative, you'll require:

  • 1 year's continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
  • A background in targeted sales and customer service
  • A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills, and a love for hitting targets
  • Great communication skills – you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers, and demonstrating empathy when needed
  • A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
  • An unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
