- Collects, reviews, and enters rating information into the system for quotes to underwriters
- Contacts agents to follow up on missing information
- Reviews automated renewal quote documents and updates as needed
- Reviews and processes endorsements within specified requirements
- Prepares and approves renewals within authority limits
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalency
- One year of office support experience desired
- Keyboarding speed of 40 wpm
- Accurate data entry skills
- Good personal computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Strong customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Knowledge of insurance terminology desired
