Our Marketing team is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to support the execution of high‑impact corporate events, trade shows, and sponsor ships. The Role: Event Marketing Coordinator As an Event Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Events Team, assisting in the planning and execution of events from conception through post‑event analysis. You will handle a wide range of logistical, administrative, and marketing tasks, gaining exposure to corporate conferences, industry trade shows, and internal meetings. This remote role requires excellent organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to support both strategic planning and hands‑on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with venue research, F&B arrangements, A/V coordination, shipping, signage, and timeline management for assigned events.
  • Draft social media posts and website copy. Collaborate with Marketing Ops on email campaigns, list management, and proofreading event materials.
  • Build event landing pages and manage registration processes using Cvent

. Handle attendee confirmations and updates.

  • Work closely with Sales, Client Service, Brand Marketing, and international teams to ensure event alignment with business goals.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, assist with payment processing, monitor event inventory, and forecast costs.
  • Travel to and provide on‑site management for key events approximately once per quarter, which may require work outside standard hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1‑2 years of professional experience in an event coordination, marketing support, or project coordination role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time‑management and project‑management abilities; capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and deadline‑driven with a self‑starter attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must reside in an eligible US state (MA, RI, DE, PA, CT, etc.).

Preferred Skills (A Plus)

  • Experience with Cvent, Salesforce

, or similar event management/CRM platforms.

  • Familiarity with corporate B2B event marketing.
