Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with timely and professional assistance via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that each interaction is positive and meets their needs.
  • Providing accurate information regarding arenaflex products and services, resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information as needed, working collaboratively with team members and other departments to address customer concerns.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance service quality.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
