Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in managing customer repair requests, ensuring timely and accurate execution, and driving business growth through exceptional service. You'll work closely with our repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to deliver outstanding results and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Repair Management:

Oversee customer repair requests from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between Bartlesville and Warminster, PA locations.

Order Processing:

Enter and manage repair information following established processes to guarantee accurate and timely execution, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Scheduling & KPIs:

Prioritize repairs with technicians to meet schedules and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Problem Resolution:

Lead activities to resolve capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnarounds, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Order Completion:

Process Service Orders, Sales Orders, and Service Notifications, ensuring correct invoicing and timely delivery, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

KPI Support:

Assist in achieving and maintaining KPIs in areas such as delivery, revenue, safety, quality, and integrity, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis:

Run reports, review data, and recommend process improvements for better KPI performance, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate and/or lead improvement initiatives to enhance service goals and customer satisfaction, driving business growth and innovation.

Other Tasks:

Support additional roles or tasks as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience with proven accomplishments.

Experience:

Strong customer service experience, attention to detail, and ability to work well both independently and within a team.

Skills:

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Rate:

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
