Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in potential compensation opportunities through our automated dialer system
  • Handling a high volume of calls, with the potential to speak with 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
  • Multitasking with ease, juggling multiple windows and tasks while providing exceptional customer service
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
  • Accurately utilizing our proprietary phone software (VICI) and Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage interactions and track progress
  • Participating in ongoing training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and industry
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Assisting with other projects and initiatives as needed
  • Demonstrating self-troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve basic IT issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and find creative solutions
  • A competitive spirit, with a drive to succeed and exceed performance targets
  • A willingness to work 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB)
  • A strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with proprietary phone software and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the medical and consumer product liability industry
  • Familiarity with data security and confidentiality protocols
  • Certification in customer service or sales
