We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support and Sales Lead to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of our community.

About the Role

The Customer Support and Sales Lead is the central point of contact for all communication with our members and prospective members. This is a hands-on role that requires a unique blend of customer success, sales, and community building skills. As the voice of arenaflex, you will be responsible for guiding our members through their journey with us, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success. You will also apply your natural sales talent to help accepted members make the decision to join our community and ensure that our Chapters are always fully booked.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Tribe Support, managing the department, and overseeing all email communication with the arenaflex community
  • Champion the voice of our members to the rest of the team, ensuring their concerns and perspectives are heard and addressed
  • Help applicants who have been accepted by our Admissions team make their decision to join the community, and ensure a smooth onboarding journey
  • Advise members on the best Chapters for their journey and discuss concerns
  • Write member-facing documentation, PDFs, and communications to inform the community about big updates
  • Set aside time to make impactful, long-term improvements and carefully document all processes within your department

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a skilled customer experience manager with 1-2 years of experience in customer happiness and success. You should be able to understand how others feel, putting yourself in the shoes of our members, especially those who are new to our community and lifestyle. You should have a mind for strategy, enjoying the challenge of working backwards to achieve a goal, and be able to think critically about how your work fits into the bigger picture. You should be super organized, able to work systematically, and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease. You should also be a natural communicator, with impeccable grammar and eloquent written English, and a talent for sales and community building.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years working as a customer success manager
  • Experience in a sales role
  • Impeccable grammar and eloquent written English
  • Ideally, you are comfortable with design tools and have basic design skills to make documents look good

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote team or community
  • Knowledge of community building and customer success strategies
  • Basic design skills and experience with design tools
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of perks and benefits, including:
