Graphic Designer

AM Agency is passionate about inspiring and equipping others to fulfill their God-given purpose. They are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Graphic Designer who will collaborate with the Art Director and team members to create compelling visual solutions across various projects.

• Ability to manage, design and produce assigned projects from concept to completion
• Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze and propose solutions to problems
• Ability to translate strategic, conceptual ideas into design experiences
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Highly organized with attention to detail and consistency
• Professional level knowledge of industry standard design software and tools including Adobe Creative Suite

Skills

• Bachelor's (Required)
• Portfolio with diverse collection of well-executed design in print, packaging, digital media, branding and UI
• Ability to manage, design and produce assigned projects from concept to completion
• Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze and propose solutions to problems
• Ability to translate strategic, conceptual ideas into design experiences
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills

• Knowledge of Google drive and Internet tools, including Web browsers, project management systems, social media and search advertising platforms, and e-mail programs
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to Commute: Hurst, TX 76054 (Required)
• Bachelor's (Preferred) or accredited degree in design, visual communication or related field
• Video and/or Interactive Experience are a MAJOR PLUS
