Insurance Account Manager

Hill & Usher Insurance & Surety is a growing independent insurance agency based in Arizona. They are seeking an Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service, process policy changes, and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Generating insurance quotes and issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
  • Process customer policy change requests
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
  • Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in insurance and/or customer service
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Proficiency to multi-task and problem solve
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred. Willing to train the qualified individual
