R&D Cable Track - Launch Early Career Leadership Program
Belden Inc. is a company focused on innovative connectivity solutions, and they are seeking participants for their Launch Early Career Leadership Program. This program is designed for high-achieving college graduates to gain valuable experience through three 12-month rotations in various areas of the company, enhancing their skills in R&D, engineering, and product management.
Responsibilities
- Develop laboratory experience
- Advance manufacturing knowledge
- Experience the product launch process
- Learn about compliance, customs/trade and project management
- Analyze testing procedures, machine capabilities and material flow
- Experience Lean management
- Research products, markets and competitors
- Learn about portfolio management
- Develop advanced product knowledge
Skills
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related fields of study (eligible for full-time employment starting July 2026)
- Some previous related experience such as hands-on laboratory, materials science, and/or cable design experience
- Strong communication and relationship building abilities
- Passion for taking on new challenges and solving problems
- Analytical and determined intellectual curiosity
