Baxter Auto is one of the nation's leading automotive retail groups, dedicated to transforming the auto industry. They are seeking a Business Development Center Representative to schedule appointments for the Service Department and ensure customer retention through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments for the Service Department
- Ensure customer retention by providing extraordinary customer service
- Use multi-line phone system to receive high volume inbound calls
- Achieve and maintain goals to increase ongoing service retention by using multiple forms of communication
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
- Call center or customer service experience preferred
